Generic AI tools like ChatGPT weren’t built for complex, real-world agreements. They sound confident, but they often get key details wrong (or even completely overlook them!) The harsh reality is that small mistakes can have massive consequences.
The thing is, techniques do exist to make AI tools much more accurate at contract review. Founders Dr. Licato and Dr. Nighojkar are AI researchers who are familiar with the latest advances in how to reduce hallucination. But most generalist systems (like ChatGPT) prefer speed and cheaper compute costs over accuracy.
