Who we are

Actualization AI, Inc. is a Tampa, FL-based company that spun out of the research of Dr. John Licato’s Advancing Machine and Human Reasoning Lab at the University of South Florida.

We are AI researchers and engineers who got tired of watching language models fail at professional document work: formatting that breaks the moment anyone pastes text or edits a heading, AI that confidently misses a defined term used 47 times in a contract, sensitive documents getting processed on servers outside your control.

We've spent years studying exactly why these failures happen, backed by NSF SBIR federal research funding in language models and document reasoning. SquarePact is what we built to fix them.

Built by a team obsessed with accuracy.

We understand the impact of AI that breaks what you've spent hours building. We've watched generic tools wreck document formatting, confidently miss obvious inconsistencies, and send sensitive content to places nobody could account for. We've experienced it ourselves. SquarePact is the tool we wished existed instead.

SquarePact works at the XML level of your Word file, which means edits are precise and formatting doesn't cascade. It only changes what you ask it to change. You watch every step, approve every change, and your document content never leaves your environment under our Zero Data Retention policy.

Our founding team has spent years studying what AI can do reliably versus where it fails. Professor John Licato (AI lab director at USF, over 100 peer-reviewed papers, NSF SBIR recipient in language models and document reasoning) and Dr. Animesh Nighojkar built SquarePact around the specific failure points of generic AI in professional document work. We know why other tools break formatting, miss defined terms, and hallucinate, because we've studied it. SquarePact was built around every one of those problems.

Give SquarePact a try. We stand behind it: you have direct access to our team any time, for help with the product, to report a problem, or to suggest a feature. We will always respond.
