Actualization AI, Inc. is a Tampa-based startup founded by USF AI experts, developing hallucination-resistant AI for document intelligence. Founded by USF Professor John Licato, Ph.D. and Animesh Nighojkar, Ph.D., they were awarded an NSF SBIR award ($275K) and a Bull Ring Accelerator Grant ($25K) in August 2024 to develop their technology for automated and correct reasoning over rules and legal text. They are members of Embarc Collective, TiE Tampa, Tampa Bay Technology Incubator, and the Tampa Bay Wave 2025 Tech|X Accelerator.

SquarePact is their flagship product. It is an AI-enabled complex document analysis platform that helps both government organizations and government contractors reduce risk, improve compliance, and accelerate acquisition and contracting workflows.
