Privacy Guarantee

Document Security is our Top Priority.

SquarePact is designed for high-stakes documents (contracts, proposals, etc.) where privacy and confidentiality are mandatory. Our privacy guarantees are enforced through both system architecture and operating policy.

  • SquarePact exclusively uses Zero-Prompt Data (ZPD) AI configurations.
User documents, prompts, and generated outputs are not used to train AI models, retained for model improvement, or shared with third parties for learning or analytics purposes.

Limited exception for explicit user feedback:
Users may optionally provide feedback on certain AI outputs, such as a thumbs up or thumbs down with an explanatory comment, solely for product improvement. In those cases, SquarePact stores only:

    ·       The feedback signal (e.g., thumbs up / thumbs down)

    ·       The user-provided comment

    ·       The AI configuration and system settings used to generate the output

SquarePact does not store the user’s source documents, prompts, or the generated output itself as part of this feedback process.

This feedback data is not sufficient to recover, infer, or reconstruct any user content. It is used exclusively to improve SquarePact’s reliability and behavior and is never sold, licensed, or shared with other organizations, nor used for any other purpose.

  • When users choose to delete a file or its associated artifacts, it is fully and permanently deleted from SquarePact systems.

SquarePact operates on AWS infrastructure. Deletion removes the file and associated data from active storage and is handled according to our deletion and retention procedures. Deleted files cannot be recovered by SquarePact or Actualization.AI.

  • All user-provided files are encrypted in transit by default. SquarePact also offers an optional zero-access encryption at rest configuration, where encryption keys are not accessible to Actualization AI. In this configuration, Actualization.AI employees cannot decrypt or read customer file contents unless they are added by the customer as an authorized user to the relevant workspace through standard user-managed authentication controls. In such cases, access is governed by the same role-based access controls that apply to any other user.

    When zero-access mode is enabled:

    ·       File contents are unreadable, even to Actualization.AI employees

    ·       We cannot open, view, or inspect the documents, and as a result our ability to provide case-specific support may be limited

    ·       Access is cryptographically restricted to authorized users only

This option is intended for organizations with heightened confidentiality, compliance, or internal security requirements.
